FOR ALL RPS 205 FAMILIES: The VanVleet Family Foundation Annual Turkey Giveaway Sunday, November 24 at 3 p.m. Auburn High School Fieldhouse - Door FH11 Meal kits are given out on a first come first serve basis

A Veterans Day Celebration was held this afternoon at Spring Creek Elementary. Students & staff sang songs for veterans in attendance. Each were recognized for their service to our country. Auburn's ROTC program performed. Guest speaker was ROTC Instructor First Sergeant Lon Pettigrew. Students also raised $1,509 for the Veteran’s Drop-In Center. 

This week all of here at Spring Creek would like to say, thank you, to all of the school psychologists that help our students grow!

All RPS 205 schools and offices are closed today in observance of the holiday.

Principal Appreciation Day: This annual recognition was first approved by Illinois' Governor in 1990. We took pictures of our principals at our 41 schools & asked students to draw them for us. Here are some of their works of art. Thank you all RPS 205 Principals!

Spring Creek Families, All next week we will be celebrating Red Ribbon Week 10/28 - 11/1. We will be collecting $5 for the week or $1 per day to dress down. All proceeds will be going to the Veteran's Drop-In Center, which was started so that Rockford area veterans and their families have a place to gather and meet with their peers.
